Shooting in Northeast Portland Update
Portland, Oregon – Portland Police Bureau Gang Enforcement Investigators are continuing to investigate last night’s shooting at the People’s Bar & Grill. More than three dozen shots were fired resulting in two men being shot. 30-year-old Lance Elliott Lewis and 22-year-old Tracy Lee Horsley II both received non-life-threatening gunshot wounds during the shooting.
Neither man was cooperative with investigators and it has not been determined if they were the intended targets of the shooting.
At this point there is no suspect information and no arrests have been made.
