Silverton, Ore. – The Silverton Fire District continues to investigate the fire that extensively damaged the Historic Palace Theater in Silverton. The investigation team will be working for several more hours in an attempt to determine the exact cause and origin of the fire.
We are also working to get a monetary estimate on the building and the contents that were damaged or destroyed.
The attached photos show our investigation team working and “digging” out the heaviest damaged area of the building in an attempt to find a cause.
