SALEM, Ore. – Wells Fargo will hold a job fair from 4-7 p.m. next Wednesday, July 25, at its Salem call center as part of its effort to fill up to 200 full-time customer service and sales positions.
The call center serves Wells Fargo consumer banking, credit card and home equity customers all over the nation. Applicants can apply online at www.wellsfargo.com/careers.
The event will take place at the call center at 355 Hawthorne Ave. SE. Team members will explain the open positions, discuss the training process and answer questions. No appointment is needed.
Compensation is based on experience – $11.86 to $12.89 per hour – and candidates are eligible to earn quarterly incentive pay based on performance. New hires will attend a six-week training program.
All the open positions come with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, vision, and dental plans; 401(k) plan; paid time off; disability plans; life insurance options; tuition reimbursement; and many more benefits. The positions are for various shifts between 5 a.m. and 12 a.m., seven days a week. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
The center has already hired about 70 new team members since holding a job fair May 30.
