Four Arrested Following Lincoln County Interagency Narcotic Team Investigation

Four people were arrested on drug-related charges Thursday following a several month-long investigation by the Lincoln County Interagency Narcotic Team (LINT). The arrests occurred when LINT, Lincoln City Police Department, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, and Oregon State Police SWAT served a search warrant related to the sale of heroin at a residence in Otis.

On August 9, 2012 at approximately 5:00 a.m., OSP SWAT team served a search warrant at 74 Â1/2 Durette Drive just off North Bank Road in Otis. Two adult males and two adult females were at the residence and detained. A search with the assistance of an OSP drug detection canine led to the seizure of a quantity of heroin, methamphetamine, scales, and other evidence.

Arrested on drug-related charges and lodged in the Lincoln County Jail were:
Derek Chase Hammons, age 30
Nicholas Ryan Hanson, age 29
Anna Marie Nagl, age 25
Andrea Robertson, age 26

All four were arrested for Unlawful Delivery, Manufacture and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Heroin. Hanson and Robertson were also arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – Heroin.

LINT is comprised of personnel from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Lincoln City Police Department, Oregon State Police, and Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office.
