The Keizer Police Department is seeking the publics help in identifying five subjects involved in credit card fraud at the Keizer Target store located at 6450 Keizer Station Blvd.
The female victim had her wallet stolen from the inside of her purse while she was shopping at the Ross Dress For Less in Keizer Station on July 21st 2012. Within minutes, the five involved subjects made fraudulent purchases worth thousands of dollars using the victims stolen credit cards.
During their time at the Target store, one male subject left the store and returned after changing his clothes and hat.
