Oregon State Police (OSP) is continuing the investigation into Thursday afternoon’s two vehicle injury crash on Highway 99W near Orrs Corner north of Monmouth that sent five people to an area hospital. The names or other information is not available at this time. OSP is seeking a possible witness who left before they could be interviewed.
Preliminary information indicates the crash occurred August 2, 2012 at approximately 2:25 p.m. on Highway 99W near milepost 59 when two vehicles collided nearly head-on. Five people were injured.
