Salem, Ore. – Salem Police Detectives and FBI Special Agents are investigating a bank robbery that occurred at the West Coast Bank at 5686 Commercial St SE at approximately 3:15 pm on September 10.
Initial reports are that two male adults entered the bank wearing masks and backpacks, brandished handguns and escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspects then left the bank in an unknown direction. There were no injuries.
One suspect was described as a male adult, tall-approximately 6’05″, very thin build with light brown hair that was graying at the neck.
The second suspect was described as a male adult, shorter-approximately 5’11″, a stockier build than the other suspect with dark hair.
