Portland, Ore. – This afternoon, Thursday December 27, 2012, at 2:54 p.m., Portland Police officers assigned to East Precinct responded to the report of a bank robbery at the Key Bank branch located at 4600 Southeast Woodstock Boulevard.
Officers arrived in the area and spoke with bank employees. Police learned that the suspect presented a demand note to the teller and, after obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, fled the bank on foot into the neighborhood.
Officers, including a Police K-9 Unit, conducted an extensive neighborhood search but did not locate anyone matching the suspect’s description.
The suspect is described as a white male, 40 to 50 years old, 5’5″ tall, slim build, very short hair almost shaved, clean shaven face, dark-colored hoody.
