McMinnville, Ore. – Yesterday at about 6:23 pm a citizen called YCOM to report that a female approached and offered to sell them marijuana in the parking lot of Safeway, 2490 NE Hwy 99W.
Officers arrived in the area and began checking for the female described by the caller. After checking the area the female was located near Burger King. During the investigation, it was determined the female, identified as Gabrielle Rena Suissa DOB: 5/27/1992 of Columbus, Indiana, was in the company of two males. The males were also contacted and identified as Joseph Stanley Macomber DOB: 8/27/1990 of Columbus, Indiana and David Kenneth Arthur Petrey DOB: 8/13/1970 of Medford, Oregon.
