Woodburn, Oregon – On March 10 at about 4 a.m., the Woodburn Police Department responded to a report of shots fired near the 200 block of Hardcastle Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male with gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is receiving treatment for his injuries. Investigators are not releasing the victim’s name at this time, pending notifications.
